Announcing Ralph’s Pick-n-Pull

Pick-n-Pull Auto Dismantlers, a division of Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc., has acquired four of Ralph’s Recycled Auto Parts locations in Richmond and Surrey. The Ralph’s Empire Used Auto Parts location in Abbotsford will remain under the previous ownership. To honor the history and success of Ralph’s Recycled Auto Parts in the Vancouver market the new business will be called Ralph’s Pick-n-Pull.

Although the ownership will change, the excellent service that Ralph’s has provided to you for over 50 years will continue. Ralph’s Pick-n-Pull will maintain current customer accounts regardless of the location with which you were originally affiliated. You will also still deal with the same people you have dealt with for years. Our phones, business hours and delivery routes will remain the same. The same credit terms, warranties and return policies will continue. We stand behind our parts! And, over the coming months, expect to see fresher inventory to fill your parts request

Ralph’s Recycled Auto Parts is BC’s largest auto dismantler. We have five locations in Greater Vancouver: two in Richmond, two in Surrey and one in Abbotsford. Ralph’s operates on approx. 30 acres in total with almost 5,000 vehicles in stock at all times. We purchase about 150 insurance salvage vehicles every week, as well as additional vehicles from auctions, towing companies and private individuals.

Ralph’s handles all major makes and models of Asian, European and North American vehicles.

As a special service to our customers, two of Ralph’s locations (Ralph’s on Mitchell and Ralph’s Scott Road Japanese) are Encorp depots for electronics recycling. You can drop off your old computers, stereos and many other items for free and be assured they will be processed responsibly by Encorp’s recycling partners.

    Abbotsford, British Columbia -- February 14, 2012 -- As the Canadian Auto Recyclers’ Environmental Code (CAREC) gains acceptance across Canada, the founding father of the Code was recognized recently by the city of Abbotsford. Neil James and his company, Ralph's Auto Supply, have been honored with the first-ever Green Leader award at Abbotsford's Environmental Leadership Awards held at the Ramada Plaza & Conference Centre.
